Forklift Truck Training Nationwide The approved code of practice and the Health and Safety at Work Act requires that employers must ensure that all persons operating one of their forklift trucks on or off their premises are adequately trained. Novice Operators These operators will need a full basic training course on the type of forklift truck they need to operate in your business.
