Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Andy was extremely patient and thorough. We had many technical issues with a new piece of kit and site and helped us navigate the issues and stuck with it. Everyone got trained who needed to be trained in a timely manner.
I would recommend Andy as a trainer

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a really positive experience learning to operate the novice counterbalance and pivot truck. Keith was knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout the training, and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand.

He created a relaxed and supportive learning environment, which really helped build my confidence, particularly when learning new manoeuvres and techniques. He was always happy to answer questions and took the time to make sure I understood both the practical and safety aspects of operating the trucks.

Overall, I found the training very informative, enjoyable and confidence-building. I would definitely recommend the instructor to anyone looking to complete this type of training.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Did a refresher course on the counterbalance with Keith yesterday, it went very well, instructions were easy to understand and was helpful throughout the whole day, also great at keeping you calm as it can be very nerve racking.
