Keith was knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout the training, and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand.

He created a relaxed and supportive learning environment, which really helped build my confidence, particularly when learning new manoeuvres and techniques. He was always happy to answer questions and took the time to make sure I understood both the practical and safety aspects of operating the trucks.
